As a Personal Trainer, I aim to give my clients tailored, varied and enjoyable training programmes and nutritional advice to meet their specific health and fitness goals. I am passionate about educating my clients while offering my full support and guidance throughout.

Through FREE initial consultation I will discuss your current fitness goals and will design your exercise program that is base from your fitness level, lifestyle, health requirements, exercises preferences, body shape and time frame. I provide dietary and nutritional guidance and advice which is tailored for your specific training program.

NUTRITION

Nutrition is a part of the training  programs which will help achieve your fitness goal.

We will start with initial nutrition assessment . During this assessment I will review your nutritional goals , medical history and seven day food diary. After careful analysis I will discuss your current diet and outline recommendations to improve your eating habits.
I will guide you to a healthier lifestyle at home in the kitchen . Fuel your body for workouts and recovery . Weight loss and weight management , how to choose the food that are the best for your health and wellness.
